Join us for a stretchy, low-impact workout! Chair Exercise involves seated positions or using the chair for balance.

Join us for a stretchy, low-impact workout! Chair Exercise involves seated positions or using the chair for balance. We practice every Thursday from 1pm to 1:45pm. Please note we have reduced the class duration to 45 minutes according to participant and instructor feedback.

These sessions are taught by a qualified Fitness instructor at the Gympie Aquatic Recreation Centre. Open primarily to veterans and their partners/carers, and to community members as space allows. There is no cost to participate as these sessions are fully funded by the Gympie RSL Sub Branch.

Bookings open on the first of each month at 8AM for the entire month, except where the first is the day of the event and in such case, open the first of the previous month. Please cancel your booking if you are unable to attend.
