Cert III in Design Fundamentals MD / Cert IV in Design - Multi-Discipline

This course acknowledges many students who love art and design but don’t yet know where they would like to specialise.

This Certificate III in Design Fundamentals - Multi-Discipline and Certificate IV in Design - Multi-Discipline exists to help students to build their skills across a broad range of design areas both two and three dimensional.

At the end of this six month course you will have design skills across a broad range of creative areas including: graphics, drawing, industrial and product design, textiles, fashion & costume design, interior, architectural design and model making, camera operation, lighting, art direction for film and editing, colour and media, SFX makeup and prosthetics, prop making and workshop skills and computers for Design. And the Certificate 4 has the addition of Illustration.

Students will learn from teachers that are also industry professionals on projects supported by our major industry partners, IKEA , and The Enmore Theatre.

Importantly, you will build a strong portfolio to apply for a design course of your choice in TAFE or at University.
