During checkout, you will be asked to confirm whether you answer “yes” to any of the following pre-exercise health screening questions:
- Have you ever been diagnosed with a heart condition or had a stroke?
- Do you experience unexplained chest pain during rest or physical activity?
- Do you feel faint, dizzy or lose balance during exercise?
- Have you had an asthma attack requiring medical attention in the past 12 months?
- If you have diabetes (type 1 or 2), have you had difficulty controlling blood sugar in the past 3 months?
- Do you have any other medical conditions requiring special consideration for exercise?
After checkout, you will be able to provide further details reguarding these questions.
If you answer “yes” to any question, you will be asked to confirm that it is safe for you to partcipate from a health professional.
