What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel or refund your ticket a request must be received in writing via email to ccfsa@ccfsa.com.au. A request for cancellation (and refund) will only be accepted 7 days prior to the event. All refunds will be credited to the credit card or the nominated bank account within 30 days.

Are dietary requirements catered for?

Dietary requirements will be catered upon request. A request must be submitted to the venue 7 days prior to the event.

What parking facilitates are available?

SkyCity $8.00 Parking is available at the Festival Carpark off of Montefiore Rd or King William Rd. Follow the road until you reach the boom gates for entry. SkyCity parking is on levels B3, B4 or B5. Take the car park lifts to Level ‘C’, walk across the foyer to the adjacent lift and press ‘2’.

Is there wheelchair access?

Wheelchair access is available to all visitors.

Does my ticket include GST?

Yes, your ticket does include gst. You are able to claim this back on your tax if you are registered for GST.

When purchasing table, may I add my guest names or update them when I make a booking?

Yes, Eventbrite has the function for you to add guest names, or update any changes to your guest list, with no need to contact the organiser. Make sure you have the names of those attending correct 7 days prior to the event. This assist us with the seating plan and catering .

Train - SkyCity Adelaide is located above Adelaide Railway Station, where most Adelaide train routes terminate. Tram - The Glenelg and Botanic Gardens trams stop directly opposite SkyCity Adelaide at the Railway Station stop. Bus - Most buses in Adelaide will bring you to the Adelaide CBD.

What is the Dress Code?

Smart Casual; Not be permitted into SkyCity : Torn clothes Dirty clothes or footwear, Clothing featuring offensive language or imagery

Where can I go after the Industry & Training Awards for an afterparty celebration?

Located within the SkyCity Complex you can head to the Sol Rooftop Bar or The District at SkyCity.

Do I need to bring my ticket to gain entry to the Awards.
