Welcome to the Catherine Hill Bay Winter Retreat Day for children aged 7+
Join us for a fun-filled day at the Catherine Hill Bay Surf Life Saving Club. Get ready for exciting activities, games, craft, yoga, meditation and adventures with new friends. It's a perfect opportunity to enjoy the winter season in a safe and welcoming environment. Enjoy an entire day screen free!

What to bring:
- yoga mat (please let us know at time of booking if you would like to borrow one)
- water bottle
- packed lunch (afternoon tea will be provided)
- warm clothing
- A blanket if you are a cold frog
- Your pencil case, or you are welcome to use ours
What to wear:
- Clothing that is comfortable to relax and do yoga in. We will be doing a nature walk on the beach so be prepared to get sandy!
- Clothing that is ok to get paint etc on during our craft session
- Make sure you have a jumper to keep you warm.
- Socks to keep your feet warm
We will not be swimming at the beach but we will be exploring and looking at the rockpools depending on the tide. Swimwear is not needed.
Hollie will be your leader for the day. She is an experienced primary school teacher and children's yoga teacher - so you are in safe hands!
Please do not book tickets for children aged under 7 years old as this day is not suitable for the little ones. Instead, keep an eye out for more upcoming events for little yogis and our high school kids.
