Overview
This session aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of practice staff to use the data collected to assist them to undertake quality improvement activities which will ultimately improve patient care and health outcomes. Identification of “at risk” patients will improve the services general practices can provide for their patients and can often improve practice income and viability. Improving data quality for complete and accurate patient records through the identification of incomplete data can assist in the accreditation process.
