By reserving a ticket for the Stuff-A-Christmas-Bear workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Attendance

• Each ticket reserves one spot for one child in a selected session time. All children must have a valid ticket.
• Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before your allocated session.
• Your booking will be forfeited if you have not arrived by the session start time.

2. No-Show Policy

• If you do not attend your booked session, your place will be considered a no-show.
• No-shows will not be rescheduled.

3. Session Capacity

• Sessions have limited capacity. Once full, no additional participants can be added.
• Walk-ins will only be accepted if spare materials and spaces are available.

4. Supervision

• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18yrs+ at all times throughout the activity.

5. Activity Materials

• All materials required for the Stuff-A-Christmas-Bear activity are included.
• Materials are prepared per attendee; unused or forfeited items cannot be collected after the session.

6. Photography

• By attending, you acknowledge that photography may take place for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff on the day.

7. Health & Safety

• If your child is unwell, please do not attend for the safety of other guests and staff.
• Event staff reserve the right to refuse participation if safety concerns arise.

8. Event Changes

• Casuarina Square reserves the right to amend or cancel the event if required due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated via Eventbrite where possible.
