Is the Beach Club free to access?

Yes, entry to the venue is free there are chairs, tables and umbrellas for walk-in guests. However, a deposit is required to reserve a bed in our sunbed section and these have specific access times.

We are open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from midday to
sunset, starting from Friday, December 19 to Sunday, March 29. Bar & Kitchen closes at 9pm, get there early to secure a spot. From February, Fridays will be open from 4pm.

Sunbed booking information:

Limited Sunbeds available—book in advance! Sessions (Fri-Sun): Afternoon (12:30 PM-4:30 PM) & Sunset (5:00 PM-9:00PM).  $130 for the set of two beds (redeemable on food, drinks, merchandise).

Can I bring my child?

Yes, children under 18 are welcome as long as a legal guardian or parent accompanies them at all times.

Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted inside the Carlsberg Beach Club area. Service animals are accepted

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Due to licensing rules, the Carlsberg Beach Club has a strict policy against bringing your own food or drinks.

How to get to Frankston Pier :

Melbourne to Frankston

By Car: ~55 km, ~1 hr via M1, M3, or Nepean Hwy.

By Train: Frankston line from Flinders St.

Mornington Peninsula to Frankston

By Car: ~20 km, ~25 mins via Nepean Hwy or M.P. Freeway.

By Public Transport: Bus to Frankston (~34 mins) or bus/train combo.

Is there a parking on-site?

We suggest utilising the following public parking options, however, fees and restrictions may apply, so please check signage: Nepean highway, Frankston Pier carpark, Pier promenade (note: due to peak summer season, spaces are subject to availability), Frankston Civic Centre, Bayside Shopping Centre

The restrooms are at the Visitor Centre, which is 20 meters away, or in the main car park, about 50 meters from the Carlsberg Beach Club.

What is the environmental impact of the Beach Club?

We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint. An ecological impact study was conducted at Frankston Foreshore to ensure our event aligns with environmental guidelines. A noise management assessment has been undertaken, and the event will adhere to EPA guidelines.  Carlsberg Beach Club
