Caring for the Mental Health Carer: Mind and Body Balance is a therapeutic group program designed for people aged over 18 who are supporting a loved one with a mental health challenge.

Spend a morning with us in nature learning grounding and mindful techniques through the practice of Qi Gong as we navigate the challenges of mental health caring on the mind and body.
