Caring for the Mental Health Carer: Mind and Body Balance is a therapeutic group program designed for people aged over 18 who are supporting a loved one with a mental health challenge.
Spend a morning with us in nature learning grounding and mindful techniques through the practice of Qi Gong as we navigate the challenges of mental health caring on the mind and body. By slowing down and being present in the moment, we can give our nervous system some well needed support in a nature-based environment.

Cost
Free - This program is funded by the Mental Health Commission to adults who are impacted by mental health challenges within their family or environment.
Important Booking Information
- Please note: This booking is an Expression of Interest only and does not confirm attendance.
- A member of the Helping Minds team will contact you to complete the registration and eligibility process.
- If we are unable to make contact within 5 business days, your Expression of Interest may be withdrawn.
- Once eligibility is confirmed, an official Eventbrite ticket will be issued.
