This workshop provides a safe space for Mental Health Carers to express emotions and support the healing process through using creativity.

This group is therapeutic, offering emotional support and education. It is not a clinical or counselling service.

Free - This program is funded by the Mental Health Commission to adults who are impacted by mental health challenges within their family or environment.
