About the Program: Walks for Carers is a carer well-being support group that involves monthly walks in nature with other carers of similar circumstances and backgrounds.

While walking is the main activity undertaken by the group, participants occasionally engage in local activities of their choice, such as boat rides, yoga, or guest speaker sessions.

This walking activity will be an ongoing event on the third Thursday of each month (weather and regulations dependant).

Kingston City Council welcomes people of all ages, abilities, cultural backgrounds, genders, religions and sexual orientations to engage with our services. Please reach out to Mordialloc Neighbourhood house (details below) to let us know what we can do to make this event more accessible and/or inclusive for you.
