Managing staff who have caring responsibilities (for managers)

This module equips managers with the knowledge and skills to identify and support carers in the workplace.

By the end of this module, managers will be familiar with practical approaches to supporting staff who have caring responsibilities. The implemented approaches will supplement existing strategies within the organisation.
