About this event

The Eastern Suburbs Carer Walking Group will be hosted by a friendly HelpingMinds staff member who will facilitate a fun morning out for carers who are caring for a loved one who has mental health concerns.

The Walking Group will start from March 2024 and will be fortnightly on a Thursday from 8:30am to 10:00am.

The walking Group is a great opportunity to explore new places and discover new areas around the Eastern Suburbs. This can be a great way to start your day, by being in nature while talking to other people in a safe and calming setting. There are amazing benefits from walking such as, improved cardiovascular benefits, strengthen muscles and bones, and can also reduce stress and can promote better mood and better sleep.
