Carer Info Session (2hr) - Intro to BPD for Families & Friends
Overview
These 2-hour information sessions are designed to provide information and support to all carers, families and friends of people living with borderline personality disorder (BPD). They aim to increase understanding of BPD, effective communication skills and self-care in a supportive environment.
Please note a link will be emailed prior to the commencement of the session.
This special topic session may be cancelled or changed to the general ‘Intro to BPD for Families and Friends’ in the event of low registration numbers. We will still provide information and resources on the relevant specific support services.
