Join us for the Career Practitioners’ Conference on Friday 27th March 2026.

This day is designed with you in mind and offers everything you need to know about La Trobe. You’ll hear directly from our students, connect with fellow practitioners, and engage in a range of interactive activities, workshops and seminars. You’ll also gain insights from leading academics and receive valuable updates through this exclusive professional learning opportunity with La Trobe.

Throughout the day, you’ll participate in hands-on experiences designed to help you better support your students as they prepare for university and navigate their future pathways.

Key topics:

• Teacher wellbeing: Gain practical, evidence-based strategies to support teacher wellbeing and resilience, helping educators better meet the needs of their students and school communities.
• Practical AI for Everyday Career Guidance: Discover how AI can be meaningfully incorporated into your workday to enhance career planning conversations and support your role as a practitioner.
• Launch of ASPIRE Early Offer Program: Get to hear from a Student Panel about their ASPIRE journeys from applications to enrolment.

Discipline Discovery Workshops
Explore specific disciplines and programs through interactive, hands-on workshops. You’ll select one topic per session:

• Session 1: Business, Archaeology, Food and Nutrition or Cybersecurity
• Session 2: Engineering, Education, Law or Psychology
• Session 3: Exclusive guided tour of our world-class health facilities, including access to our state-of-the-art teaching laboratories.
