Operating since 1878, the Queen Victoria Market is the largest open-air market in the southern hemisphere. It's packed with amazing fresh produce and speciality shopping, including lots of Aussie souvenirs!
During April and May, the Night Hawker Market offers incredible Asian street food, as well as free live music and cultural performances. Come along to experience the great vibe while you get to know other commencing international students.

GETTING TO THE EVENT:
Travelling from Deakin
Meet your student leader at the Burwood DUSA Lounge at 4pm. You'll travel together on the number 75 tram to the city or if you prefer to meet the group in the city please let us know in the order from.
You can return to Burwood with your student leader at 8pm or stay longer in the city and make your own way home.
Meeting at the market
If you wish to meet the Burwood student group directly at the Victoria market, please meet at 5pm at the entrance to the market (Corner Queen & Therry Streets).
