Are there minimum age requirements to attend?

Yes - the minimum age is 5 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

There is some uneven ground and stairs. You must be able to walk unaided.

We'll have an area marked out for parking.

You will need to wear long pants and closed-toe sturdy shoes. We will provide you with a fluoro vest to wear for the duration of the tour.

What can I bring to the event?

No backpacks or handbags are permitted for security and safety reasons.

How long can I stay at the treatment plant?

Sessions run for 45 minutes, including some time for questions.

What if there are strong winds, heavy rain or storms?

The event may be cancelled at short notice. In adverse weather, please check our website, or call 1300 926 666 to confirm.
