Camp Oven Cook Up

A collaboration between chef Paul Iskov from Fervor and Col Sippe, a local of the region, who has been refining the art of camp oven cooking for over 20 years. Set on a beautiful farm just outside of Albany, diners can expect a ten course degustation using ingredients collected just metres from their table whilst seeing the art of cooking with over 20 camp ovens.
