I am honoured to offer you gentle, soothing space to deeply rest and surrender into a state of 𓂃 CALM.

Experience a 60 minute crystal sound bath followed by time to ground and integrate with herbal tea and light grounding foods by candlelight.

Be guided to relax and centre into your body. Be truly present and experience through all of your senses: hearing, sight, smell, taste and touch.

Spaces are limited to 6 beautiful souls.

THE ENERGETIC EXCHANGE

Exchange: $44.44 + booking fees (no GST is charged)

Time: 60 minutes from 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Please arrive 15 minutes early at 4:45pm to ensure you have time to gently land into the space before we begin. Due to the nature of the event, doors will close promptly at 5:00pm.

FURTHER DETAILS

Upon arrival, you will find your perfect space to lay down comfortably with provided yoga mats, blankets, cushions and weighted eye pillows. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else you may require to feel most relaxed (e.g. a bolster or additional pillow to rest under your knees).
