Cake Lovers Club - April - High Tea!

Love to bake? Come along with a dessert to share with fellow dessert lovers!

THIS MONTH'S THEME IS HIGH TEA.

We will pair you up with someone so that you can share the high tea tray. Simply nominate SWEET ot SAVOURY as your option (email hello@bakingclub.com.au after booking) and we will pair you up with someone. If you have fancy tea cups or a high tea serving tray, please bring it/them along. Dressing in your Sunday best is also encouraged so that we fully embrace the theme!!

Bake absolutely any recipe that fits the theme!

The idea is simple:

- We meet on the first Thursday night of each month

- There is a theme set each month such as tropical, slices, cupcakes, winter warmer.

- You bake/make/create a dessert that fits the theme. It does not need to be an actual cake, but it needs to be a sweet.

- Bring your dessert to Cake Lovers Club. Here we’ll share the dessert and you’ll tell us what inspired you to make it.

- We’re not really going to get technical about baking. This is for home bakers. Professional cake makers are very welcome, but I ask you to leave your professional hat at the door and come purely as a cake lover and chance to bake something new, with no pressure for it to be perfect.

- we’ll eat cake, we’ll chat about the theme, we can swap recipes if you want to share.

- You take home leftovers. So if there is one dessert you love to death, take a slice. Didn’t get to try them all? Take a slice. Please bring a container!

Note: refunds are not available. You are most welcome to send someone in your place!
