Wellbeing Wednesday Group Coaching Session: Wheel of Life

Sometimes we overinvest our energy in one or more areas in our life, leaving too little for others.

This popular coaching activity helps to reveal your strengths, as well as identify areas needing attention to achieve more balance.

In this session, gently explore your Wheel of Life, and choose 1-3 areas you would like to focus on improving, and take home a useful personalised action plan to aid you.
