This creative and nourishing workshop invites carers of all ages to pause, breathe and imagine what you want the year ahead to look and feel like.

Together, we’ll explore your hopes, goals and personal wellbeing needs while crafting a beautiful vision board that reflects your intentions for 2026. Whether you're seeking more balance, joy, support or connection, this session offers a warm and welcoming space to reset and realign.

No artistic experience needed, just bring your open heart and a willingness to dream.
All materials will be provided, but if you have some old magazines collecting dust, bring them along!!!
