Wellbeing Wednesday Group Coaching session: Joy-Full Jars

Imagine a moment in your future when you could use a little encouragement, a smile, some positive energy, a little extra joy or motivation – create those moments for your future self to have at hand whenever you need them.

Simply choose what positive affirmations, encouraging words, helpful thoughts will go into your jar and take them home with you, or maybe you’d like to gift your joy-filled jar to someone you know.
