Mental Health Mondays at the Wellways Carer Hub!

Join us for a relaxed drop-in session with an Arafmi representative at the Wellways Carer Hub, 141-143 Abbott st in Cairns (Next to the City Library).

Your local Arafmi Carer Support Facilitator Rochelle, will be onsite from 11am-1pm on Mondays, so feel free to drop in during those times- no appointment necessary.

Arafmi provides direct access to specialist mental health Carer supports and practical information. They also validate the lived experiences of mental health carers, fostering recognition, understanding and support within the community.

No formal presentations - just supportive, personalised help in a friendly environment.
