[Cairns Hub] Meet and Greet with the Peer Facilitator

Come and learn more about our In Person Peer Support (IPPS) program and meet the facilitator in a casual meet and greet at the hub!

Providing care for someone can be an isolating experience so meeting with other carers is a great way to take some time out for yourself, consider new ideas and connect with a supportive community.

In-Person Peer Support is a free facilitated support group designed to connect carers. Over several weeks, groups explore common issues and concerns and share ideas for managing the challenges of their caring roles. Carers are supported by a facilitator who has their own caring experience.

In-Person Peer Support is available online or face-to-face and carers are matched with other carers in their local area who share similar caring circumstances.

You're invited to come along for a casual meet and greet with our Peer Support Facilitator, Eliza to learn more about the Iprogram and how it can support your personal growth and wellbeing.

When: Monday 15th December 10am-12pm
