The program follows a shared training foundation, with clear race-specific adjustments in the final weeks to ensure you peak at the right time for your chosen event. And most importantly, making training FUN.
Designed to support a wide range of ability levels (within reason), the focus is on a structured, periodised build over 3 to 6 months. This gradual progression is essential for arriving at race day strong, confident, and prepared - both physically and mentally.
If you're based in Brisbane, come and join us in person to tick off sessions and workshops. For those located remotely, the program is designed that you can follow along at home using TrainingPeaks, Circle, and Zoom channels.
