Caerphilly to Perth: The Honour Ride

Join the CycleBar Cyclopaths as they ride, virtually, from Caerphilly in South Wales, to Perth in Scotland, and back!

Join us for a great afternoon of spin as we raise funds for the CycleBar Cyclopaths for the MACA Cancer 200 ride, for Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.

Everyone has been, or will be, impacted by cancer at some point through their lives, whether directly or with a loved one or friend.

Why Caerphilly to Perth?

Caerphilly is the birth place of Leigh Abbott, the late wife of Martin Abbott, our Team Captain.

And of course Perth is where we live, but the one is Australia is too far!

During the afternoon, we will go by places that have meaning for other team members, whether that is grandparents in Clitheroe, a father in Inverness, a friend in Split, represented by the Croatian Embassy in London, or a sister in Redhill.

We expect the distance to be around 2200km, and will be measuring and marking off as we ride for what we expect will be around 5 hours.
