Cacao, Yin & Sound Ceremony with Kelly & Colleen

Oakford Community CentreOakford, WA
Monday, Jan 26 from 5 pm to 7 pm AWST
Overview

A deeply relaxing cacao, yin yoga, and sound ceremony — a sacred space on the Public Holiday.

A Cacao, Yin & Sound Ceremony

Held in community, with intention and care — this is your invitation to pause, reset, and surrender into the stillness of sacred space.

Join us on the public holiday for a deeply nourishing Cacao, Yin & Sound Ceremony, guided by Kelly Finnis and Colleen Pearce.

This ceremonial gathering is an opportunity to slow down, soften, and reconnect — offering your body, heart, and nervous system the space to be held and restored.

What to Expect

Ceremonial Cacao
We will begin by sharing sacred cacao, opening the heart and grounding into presence. This gentle ritual supports intention-setting, connection, and embodied awareness as we arrive together in community.

Yin Yoga
Gently reconnect your mind, body, and soul through a slow, meditative Yin Yoga practice guided by Kelly. You’ll be supported into restorative postures using breath and soft props, allowing space to release tension, soften resistance, and surrender deeply. Subtle cues, storytelling, and energetic awareness invite you further inward.

Sound Healing
As you rest in Yin, Colleen will weave gongs, crystal bowls, and sacred instruments throughout the space. These resonant frequencies work on a cellular and energetic level, creating a cocoon of relaxation, integration, and healing.

Together, Kelly and Colleen hold a deeply intentional container — guiding you into a state of remembrance, reconnection, and inner stillness.
