Come sit in a heart-opening ceremony with the healing medicine of Mama Cacao and the gentle support of Lady Rose.

Cacao invites deep connection... to yourself, your inner child and community. Rose softens the heart, awakens self-compassion, inner beauty & worth.

The morning will include;

• a cacao & rose brew, treats & connection
• heart coherence ritual
• a guided shamanic medicine drum meditation jouryney
• & an integrative creative practice.

Facilitated by Rachael Torcasio, from Embodhi Healing. Rachael is Shamanic Practitioner, Energy & Soul Therapist. She is also a Depth, Transpersonal & Eco Psychologist.

Rachael's work weaves shamanic, earth-based practices with heart-centred compassion, trauma-aware presence & care. She helps people reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their souls inner truth in a way that is spiritually meaningful, grounded and emotionally safe.

Rachael's offering's are insipred by her training & mentoring with Sharon Bolt, her ongoing learnings, ancestral rememberence and lived expereinces.

Rachael's intention for this ceremony is for it to be light, playful, heart centred & gentle ~ not for heart shattering openings or major cathartic releases.
