You're invited to join Simone and Jasmine in a sacred evening where we will take time to slow down and connect with the Earth’s energy field, honouring the wisdom of our ancestors - plant, human, and spirit - and be swept into the depths of our own existence as an interconnected web in harmony with all of life.This ceremony’s intention is to allow healing to occur by nurturing your relationship with your somatic experience. We’ll work to gently open up your energy meridians to move past limiting karmic or family patterns and clear what is blocking your alignment and higher purpose.So much of our energy is used to get through the day and ‘survive’, but what about our inherent birthright to ‘thrive’? Sit with us and our longtime plant allies to listen, learn, grow, and flourish.Our night’s potent brew contains sacred ceremonial cacao and the grandmother witch of all herbs, mugwort. By participating in this ceremony, you may experience:• Communication with plant kin to receive their wisdom and grounding • Enhancement of psychic protection and receptivity to higher guidance • Release of stagnation and clearing of energetic blocks in your body, mind, and soul • Reclamation of your light and integration of your shadows Sacred Cacao + Mugwort Ceremony:The evening will begin with a somatically enlivening and deeply grounding mugwort-infused cacao ceremony.Simone will open the space with a cacao blessing, honouring the lands and our ancestors. With cacao in your body vessel, you’ll be guided into a deep meditative state.Cacao is a potent plant medicine that opens the heart space and allows the unveiling of the heart’s shadows. Bliss, joy, love, peace, sadness, or a deep sense of stillness may be experienced.Mugwort, the grandmother of all herbs, allows you to disconnect from outside noise and clearly tune in to the Earth and ancestral wisdom. Feel her strong guidance and protection as she helps you clear long-held energetic blocks to reclaim your unique wisdom and power. Channeled Meditation Journey:You will be guided by Jasmine through a live-channeled meditation journey to enhance mugwort’s plant spirit wisdom teachings and energetic attunement.Her messages remind us to stop getting distracted, scared, angry, or doubtful and remember who we truly are. Be reignited to reclaim what you were meant for on this Earth and what you came here to do. Release the illusory stories of the mind, clear the bound-up protective fear in the body, and channel that energy back into what sets your soul alight.There’s nothing to fear. Sound + Energy Healing:Be lovingly held - physically (optional), emotionally, and energetically - through the vibrational healing frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic medicine drums, Koshi wind chimes, and other Earth-grounding instruments to help you align with the heart of Mother Earth and your higher self. The group container will be charged with universal Reiki frequencies and healing touch. Vibrational mists and herbal incense and smokes may also be used during the journey.

This relationship stems from many lifetimes of exploring rituals and undertaking sacred plant medicine ceremonies, following shamanic ancient traditions + the rites of passage and honoring his plants and human teachers.He came into his body in the Northern Hemisphere of the planet, in a little town surrounded by mountains, rivers, forest and wildlife. Simone has been moving around since a young age looking for a place to call home, when he finally realised that this place is within him, in the heart centre, Anahata.Simone is a space holder, ceremonialist, Reiki master, sound healer and Yoga teacher who draws upon different tools in his offerings, in reverence of the lineage that he has be initiated in as: Reiki energy healing, guided meditations, Himalayan Kundalini kriyas, Pranayama, sound and sacred Cacao Ceremonies. In ceremony, she channels guidance from the unseen, facilitating energetic realignment and intuitive awakening.Initiated by her Master Plant ‘Tea’-chers - Blue Lotus (intuition), Rose (heart healing), and Mugwort (ancestral wisdom) - Jasmine serves these allies in sacred Tea Ceremony. Her work is grounded in studies of Shamanism, Taoism, Zen Buddhism, and Mindfulness with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.It is Jasmine’s heartfelt wish that you find safety, compassion, and transformation in her spaces - reclaiming wholeness through the re-mothering of your inner child.

A few notes directly from Jasmine + Simone:It is highly recommended that you refrain from ingesting caffeine after your morning breakfast, as Cacao contains Theobromine - a stimulant similar to caffeine - which may overstimulate your system.We recommend having a large lunch and a light dinner no later than 2.5 hours before the ceremony, so that your journeying occurs on a relatively empty stomach.If you are taking heart or diabetic medication, or MAOI or SSRI-based antidepressants, please let us know so we can check in with you.This ceremony is not suitable for pregnant women, or anyone on diabetic medication.** This is a drug and alcohol free event and open to those aged 18+ only. **“ We honour the traditional custodians of the land, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, all the Indigenous and Aboriginal, the First Nation People and all the Elders past, present and emerging.” Things to note:Centre of You has plenty of bolsters, blankets, and cushions for you to get cosy with. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothes to enable deep breathing and sitting/laying upon the floor with ease. Something to cover your eyes, if you wish to do so (eg. eye mask, scarf). A journal is recommended as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystal, teddy, scarf, etc).Personal responsibility: Please make an assessment on whether you are feeling stable and resourced enough to explore the practices on offer in this event.No Photo/Video Content Will Be Captured: We recognise that being at an event where content is being captured can impact the personal comfort and nervous system regulation of our community. As such, it should be known upfront that this event is a photo and video free space. No content will be captured. We ask all participants to honor this agreement in respect of the shared experience by placing any recording devices away on arrival.Arrival: Endeavour to arrive between 4:45pm - 5:00pm. To preserve the experience for all involved, doors will close at 5:15pm. Truly, it breaks our heart to have to turn latecomers away yet the disruption to the whole group experience by virtue of lateness does require management. We ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.Driving: Know Centre of You is on Chapel St and ample time to find a car spot is best to be factored into your plans. Park direct on Chapel St (spots unmetered after 5pm) or in Anchor Place, the open-air parking lot in the side street that runs opposite Centre of You (unmetered after 4pm).Public transport - tram: Both the number 6 tram &amp; 78 tram stop on the corner of High St/Chapel St. This is stop 31 on the number 6 tram (Moreland/Glen Iris) &amp; stop 45 on the number 78 tram (North Richmond/Balaclava).Public transport - train: Both Prahran &amp; Windsor stations along the Sandringham Line will get you walking distance to Centre of You.Finding Centre of You: Centre of You is nestled within the arcade that Chapel St Bazaar is in (217 Chapel St). It is up a flight of stairs with a wide landing at the half-way-point. Unfortunately, this current version of Centre of You does not have a wheelchair accessible lift.
