The outcomes introductory session is for staff of organisations reporting in the Data Exchange that would like to build capabilities in outcomes, specifically understanding program logics, how to identify outcomes in the service setting, and report them through SCORE, the Data Exchange outcomes framework. This session is suitable for staff who have never measured outcomes before, or are new to outcomes measurement.
