Buttercream cupcake mini course

Learn how to pipe a variety of cupcakes over three weeks!

In this course will learn the secrets to baking great cupcakes, making easy buttercream and learning a variety of new piping techniques.

This class is suitable for beginners. Each week you will work on advancing your skills in piping.

Learning outcomes:

- how to make buttercream, including colouring and two-toning bags

- learn how to fill a piping bag easily, with no mess

- hands on experience to pipe various flower designs. We will cover stars, rosettes, ribbons, Russian piping nozzles, leaves and multiple different flowers

-hints and tips for baking great desserts.

This class runs on three different dates 10am-12pm

What's included:

- six pre-baked cupcakes in a carry box, each week

- a take home recipe booklet for the cupcakes and icing

- ongoing support for your baking endeavours through an exclusive Facebook group.

Children aged 12+ can take part in this class, if accompanied by a full-paying adult, both require tickets.

Hosted by Baking Club. The venue is the Baking Club van parked on private property. The address will be provided prior to class. Please note the van is not accessible and has steps. There are no public toilet facilities available.
