About Australian Business Writing Essentials: Three 90-minute online workshops on the fundamentals of effective business writing in Australia. The workshops - designed for writers of all skill levels and delivered in a flexible and cost effective format - cover the following topics:

  • Module 2: Strategies for Writing Quickly and Confidently
  • Module 3: Editing and Proofreading

About Shaun McNicholas: Shaun formed Cool Rules [for writers] in 2001. Based in Adelaide, he works with government, education and business clients across Australia to improve workplace writing. He runs workshops, creates customised resources, and advises on strategies to develop confident and capable writers.

Shaun has a strong background in public and private sector management, and has written and reviewed more reports, business cases, minutes of meetings, websites, speeches and most other types of business writing than he thinks is fair.
