WORKSHOP TWO: WEDNESDAY, 18th MARCH 2026

The Business Capability Uplift is a two-part workshop program designed to build strategic positioning, strengthen operational capability, and enhance the long-term competitiveness of businesses across regional NSW. This program supports participants to understand their current and potential role within major project supply chains, define the value they bring to buyers, and identify the partnerships, capabilities, and internal readiness required to pursue larger commercial opportunities.

Through structured activities, businesses gain clarity on where they fit within regional and national supply chains, how to differentiate their offering, and how to align their capability to the needs of their customers. The program also focuses on strengthening the internal capability needed to scale sustainably and deliver confidently. Participants learn how to improve workforce capacity, build leadership capability, develop stronger operational systems, and leverage digital tools including automation and AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

In addition, businesses gain practical skills in growth planning, risk management, and business readiness, supported by workshop activities and facilitated guidance for ongoing improvement. By the end of the series, businesses are better equipped, more confident, and strategically positioned to secure new opportunities and strengthen their resilience in a competitive and rapidly evolving regional economy.
