  • A health check on your Business
  • The establishment of a 2018 Business Growth Plan

The full-day workshop is fully interactive and you can attend by yourself, your business partner or a team of employees. You will leave the workshop both with the review of your business and a plan for the way forward.



A 30 % discount is offered on multiple tickets. Meals and refreshments will be provided through the day as part of the workshop.



About the Facilitator - David Nixon

Can more than one from my business attend?

We want to explore your business and hence it is of benefit to have more than one person from your business. You will work together and hence it is easy to cater for up to 6 people from one organisation.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The venue is in the modern premises of the Australian Inisture of Company Directors. These are located near Wynard Station with rail and bus connections. Several parking stations are located on the streets around the venue.

What should I bring into the event?

This is about gaining a greater understanding of your business and hence the more information you have on hand as to your business the easier it will be for you to undertake the activities.

Information on your clients, markets, and financials will help you in gaining a better understanding of your business.

Much sure you bring some business cards to share at the event.
