Celebrate BLOOM Festival with this interactive experience of Bush foods and flavours. While you relax and enjoy a 3-course packed lunch, Aunty Dale Chapman from My Dilly Bag will introduce the bush foods you are eating and drinking while offering the chance to ask questions and learn as you go.
Aunty Dale will be joined by Professor Melissa Fitzgerald to share some of their research into Indigenous - led Bush Foods industry.
