About this event

Celebrate BLOOM Festival with this interactive experience of Bush foods and flavours. While you relax and enjoy a 3-course packed lunch, Aunty Dale Chapman from My Dilly Bag will introduce the bush foods you are eating and drinking while offering the chance to ask questions and learn as you go.

Aunty Dale will be joined by Professor Melissa Fitzgerald to share some of their research into Indigenous - led Bush Foods industry.

• Myrtle olives and Roseapple pickle with Kangaroo salami and Gluten Free Crackers

• Vegan option instead of salami - Wattleseed Ricotta

BBQ

• Crocodile sausage with Sunset Rub and Lemon Myrtle relish served with Local Farm Gate Dairy Free Salad

• Vegan option - Salt baked sweet potato with coconut yoghurt and Native spiced dukkha (contains nuts) served with Farm Gate Salad

DESSERT

• Wattleseed Tiramisu (contains gluten)

• Vegan/ Gluten Free option – Mountain Pepper Brownie with Davidson Plum Jam
