Can we really have it all? While the jury’s still out on that one, there are practical things we can all do to avoid that feel when you’re trying to do it all but barely keeping your head above water. After a lifetime of feeling burnt out, Rachel Service took stock and turned the beat around. Today, through her wellbeing project The Happiness Concierge, she equips others with the skills to do the same. Rachel will share tips on how to stay cool as a cucumber without tapping out or compromising your goals and ambitions. Because killing it at work and chilling tfo at home don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
