About this event

The park includes the traditional lands of several Aboriginal language groups, including Ngarinyman, Karrangpurru, Malngin, Wardaman, Ngaliwurru, Nungali and Bilinara. The park is still used by these people for ceremonies and rituals. There is also pastoral history, and remnants of this era still remain. Made with local Lancewood and Bloodwood trees, the old Bullita Homestead is a reminder of the Park's pastoral past.

Meet at the Old Bullita Homestead.
