Description

We all face challenges in our lives regarding our health or the health of loved ones, relationships, families or finances. Often, they strike us without warning. The way we respond to adversities can have a major impact on overall happiness and success in life. The Building Resilience workshop provides simple tips and strategies that will help you to improve and strengthen your physical, mental, emotional and social resilience.

Free for UWA staff and affiliates.

Facilitated by Meg Sanderson, a tertiary qualified Counsellor and Nurse. Meg facilitates meditation classes and mindful based workshops to the community and has extensive experience in dealing with individuals and their daily challenges. Through interactive workshops she hopes to continue to empower others to connect to the core of who they really are, with particular interest in the areas of self-development, self-awareness and educating individuals on life skills to help them become the best versions of themselves.
