Event description
Learn how to create systems to help ensure your business is resilient in times of change and crisis.

About this event

Due to the pandemic, we are finding many business owners considering how they can go about building more resilience in their business. Understandably, however not many know how to do so. Few business schools teach resilience, and today’s managerial toolkit is dominated by financial performance management. As a result, very few know how to explicitly design for and manage resilience.

Learn how to create systems to help ensure your business is resilient in times of change and crisis.

This session will be recorded and available for viewing at a later date.
