This is an opportunity to set aside time to focus, receive guidance from Tammy, and build in some accountability amongst other business owners while you create a simple 4 page business plan.

Your 4 page plan will encompass your purpose, vision, mindmap and action steps for 2026.

What you can expect -

• You’ll receive detailed pre work to help you craft your purpose statement and strategic vision before the day.
• During the workshop, we’ll mind map your business while referring back to your vision and purpose, so you can brain dump everything out of your head and onto paper.-
• Tammy will ask targeted questions across each section to stretch your thinking and uncover opportunities.
• From there, you’ll create a clear action plan with deadlines and priorities so you move into 2026 with focus and momentum.
• We will explore ways that will work for you to keep you accountable and on track after you leave the workshop.
