Can I reschedule if I am unable to attend?

We will happily reschedule your attendance to a future date that is convenient for you, as long as you give us 72 hours prior notice.

If I can't attend, could a colleague go in my place?

Absolutely, please let us know prior to their arrival by text or email so that we can update the Certificate of Attendance for PD points.

Can I share this event with colleagues who are also completing qualifications in Mental Health?

Absolutely! We welcome all qualified mental health professionals and students who are interested in learning more about developing a successful practice.

Where can I park my car?

It's Saturday ... park where you would like to in the car park - entry via driveway next to VicRoads. Additional 4H parking at the UniHill Town Centre (go UP the ramp on your left) directly across the road from 240 UniHill in Graduate Drive.

Is there public transport nearby?

240 UniHill is located across the road from a tram stop and a bus stop. We recommend you use the PTV app to discover which trams and buses you will need to use.

Can I bring my lunch with me? Do you have food warming facilities? Are there cafe's nearby?

You can most certainly bring your own lunch. We do provide tea/coffee/hot choc all day. There are no microwaves in the Conference Room. There are local cafes across the road at the UniHill Town Centre. At the moment Cafe Vorea at the bottom of the 240 UniHill building is closed.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

There are no age limits to participate in this event.  We encourage participants to bring a business card to exchange, but ID is not required for registration.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Bring yourself.  We supply you with a participant pack containing a note book, sticky notes and a pen. Whilst participants packs are provided, hey it's always nice to have your own things with you...

Can I claim this training in my PD points with my association?

Certification will be issued through NeuroBalance and professional development points are available with a number of related professional associations.
