<H2><STRONG>About</STRONG></H2>
<P>Governments at all levels are starting their budgeting process. What if we could make budgeting information more accessible and understandable to the communities that need this information the most. </P>
<H2><STRONG>What will happen</STRONG></H2>
<P>The Hackathon will be split over two dates, one fortnight apart.</P>
<P><STRONG>23rd March @ Outware Mobile:</STRONG>  <SPAN>3/469 La Trobe St, Melbourne | 6:00 - 9:00pm</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN></SPAN><EM>After a short presentation from Victorian Government and Code for Australia, we will split into groups to work on how might we best make Victoria's budget data from 2015 more accessible, understandable and transparent. </EM></P>
<P><STRONG>6th of April @ Zendesk:</STRONG> <SPAN>3/395 Collins St, Melbourne </SPAN> | 6:00 - 8:30pm</P>
<P><EM>The teams will finalise their projects, whip up a 2min presentation and present to a panel of judges. Minister for Small Business, Innovation and Trade Mr Philip Dalidakis MLC will then present the winning teams with the cash prize.</EM></P>
<H2><STRONG>Everyone is welcome! </STRONG><BR></H2>
<P>Not a techie? That's ok! We encourage non-technical folks to pair up and learn from our community's designers and developers. We've seen time and time again, he best civic projects come from teams with a diverse background. <BR></P>
