Quit the daydreaming of your favourite bubbles on a beach in Europe, because we’re bringing it right here to Sunny’s Margate Beach!On March 13 we are hosting Bubbles Without Borders, where Sam Faircloth from Sip with Sam will be taking us on a trip all over the world through her extensive list of drinks, paired perfectly with small bites from Sunny’s. For only $69 + bf (booking fee), join us from 12pm - 2pm on our rooftop, and enjoy all your usual holiday favourites! 🥂 From Italy, the Bianco Vigan DOCG Prosecco will be paired with granny smith apple tart w/ Pecorino and black pepper mousse🥂 From Spain, the Lonia (Negs) will be paired with jamon serrano w/ black olive and rosemary focaccia 🥂 From France, the Louis Roederer champagne will be paired with brie, sweet onion and thyme pithivier🥂 From Tasmania, the Clover Hill PNC 2014 Vintage Sparkling will be paired with lemon meringue pie🥂 From Adelaide Hills, Deviation Road ‘Altair Rose’ will be paired with fresh watermelon, whipped feta and sumac 🥂 From the Barossa Valley, Hancock and Hancock Sparkling Shiraz will be paired with bittersweet chocolate, orange and sour cherryPlease let us know of any dietary requirements upon booking. Working with wine everyday revealed that there are so many people that want to share their curiosity &amp; passion for wine on a more personal level. However, there’s not always a relaxed platform where they can do this.  You can dine in expensive restaurants &amp; speak with sommeliers (wine waiters). What about when you want something more intimate or want to have long conversations about ‘that one wine that blew your mind once but you forgot the name’ (it happens a lot haha). How about being truly comfortable in your own home or workplace, entertaining where &amp; when you want? This is where ‘Sip with Sam’ can fill that gap, bringing someone in who is qualified &amp; educated (WSET Level 3) to select, present &amp; talk wine to you &amp; your guests ONLY.
