Our upcoming bubbles masterclass at Tippler &amp; Co promises to be a delightful journey through some of the world&#x27;s most renowned sparkling wine regions.We&#x27;ll start in Tasmania, Australia, with the Stefano Lubiana NV Brut. This wine is produced by Stefano Lubiana Wines, a certified biodynamic and organic winery. Tasmania&#x27;s cool climate is ideal for growing grapes that are well-suited to sparkling wine production, resulting in delicate and refined wines.Staying in Tasmania we also have Lowestoft Reserve brut which is a premium sparkling wine. This wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which are carefully selected to create a balanced and complex flavor profile. Our next stop is Germany&#x27;s Mosel region, where Dr Loosen Sekt is produced. The wine is made from Riesling grapes, which are grown on steep, slate hillsides overlooking the Mosel River. The cool climate, slate soils, and south-facing slopes create a unique terroir that produces wines with high acidity and minerality.Continuing our journey, we&#x27;ll head to Burgundy, France, where the Maison Piron Cremant de Bourgogne is produced. This wine is made using the traditional method, which involves a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Burgundy is well-known for its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which give the wine its richness and complexity.Finally, we&#x27;ll arrive in Champagne, France, where the JM Seleque Solessence is produced. This wine is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes and is aged in the bottle for a minimum of three years.
