Join us in the library for a look at some alternatives to the Microsoft Office products and 365 Suite. By utilising Open-Source software that is one hundred percent free, you can create an edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and more without paying a monthly fee.

In this informative workshop we'll look at what Open-Source means and some of the excellent software packages that are available to rival the expensive and often unnecessary Microsoft Office. We will focus on exploring Libre Offie and Open Office, while also touching on alternatives to Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

This session is appropriate for all skill levels, while an understanding of basic Microsoft Office functionality is a benefit.
