This beautiful event is being held at The Johnson, we will all meet for a healthy brunch before we begin a 1hr workshop focusing on the JSHealth principles, this is your chance to have all your questions answered by Jess.
My focus for the event is to take you through each of the four pillars which form the basis of my second book, Living the Healthy Life (to be launched February 2017) and The Program by JSHealth (also launching in February 2017). We will explore these principles to help shift your perspective and commit to a healthy, balanced and sustainable way of eating, moving and living.
Heal Your Body - top nutritional principles and tips on how to heal your body in a holistic way, by teaching you to understand the way your body works
Eating with Balance - removing anxiety, fear and stress around eating for a healthier relationship with food
Lifestyle - movement, mindset and rituals with balance in mind, to help you put everything into practice
Intuitive cooking - fuss-free, quick and delicious recipes and cooking tips
By the end of the event, my intention is for you to feel rested, rejuvenated, inspired and confident to be able to live a healthier life with peace and ease; feeling more connected and in touch with your body.
