Meet other community members and organisations and learn more about each other. Understand more about local risks in your community and their potential impact. Discuss the knowledge, skills and resources in your community that can help strengthen your disaster resilience. Measure your community's current disaster resilience and use this as a baseline to measure your activities against. Create a community led disaster action plan that contains actions to increase the community's disaster resilience. Invite and involve others to take actions and ensure your ongoing plans are sustained into the future.
