How to Keep Employees Engaged While They're Working Remotely

This workshop will focus on how to get the most out of your employees while they’re working from home. This will include ways to ensure productivity, using the DiSC® profile model consider the impacts of the working style of individuals when working from home and tips for keeping the team happy and motivated.
